The Executive Housekeeper oversees all housekeeping operations, ensuring service quality, staff coordination, and strict adherence to hospitality standards.

This role establishes structure and accountability across the department, supervising daily operations, managing workflows, and reinforcing cleanliness, presentation, and guest‑ready expectations at every level.

The Rooms Inspector ensures every guest room meets established cleanliness, presentation, and service standards prior to release.

Through detailed inspections, verification of completed tasks, and direct communication with leadership and housekeeping staff, this role supports consistency, accuracy, and uninterrupted operational flow across the department.

Room Attendants play a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and presented to hospitality standards before occupancy. Their work supports comfort, consistency, and guest satisfaction by preparing service‑ready rooms that reflect care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Our Laundry Attendants manage the full linen cycle, ensuring towels, bedding, and uniforms are washed, dried, folded, and organized to maintain a consistent supply of fresh, hygienic materials for guests and staff.

Our Housemen provide essential support across the property, handling supply movement, trash removal, and general upkeep to maintain cleanliness and operational flow throughout all areas. Their work ensures every space remains organized, functional, and guest‑ready.

Our Deep Clean Room Attendants handle intensive sanitation tasks, using specialized tools and equipment to restore rooms to peak cleanliness and ensure every surface meets the highest hygiene standards.
